Steve is 29 years young, formerly head chef of the award winning SteakHouse 'The Falcon Steakhouse' in Wotton-under-Edge.
He's been a chef for 14 years and passionate about food his entire life; due to his family expansion, he's taking the plunge into setting up alone and turning his hands to all aspects of catering including guest chef work from agency to private catering from the comfort of your own home.
He's a true believer in setting goals in life . Most goals set have been executed within the time frame set, his next goal being to own his own restaurant within the next 5 years.
